Bij La Perla werken wij uitsluitend met de beste ingrediënten
die door ons uit Italië geïmporteerd worden.
Zo gebruiken wij alleen echte Campaanse buffel mozzarella D.O.P. die twee keer per week rechtstreeks vanuit Zuid-Italië wordt aangeleverd. Deze mozzarella wordt op kleinschalige wijze geproduceerd door de familie Chiari. Dit past in ons beleid om enkel met regionale en non-industriële producten te werken. In het midden van de zaak hebben wij een grote steenoven die – essentieel voor het maken van goede pizze – op hout wordt gestookt.
